regarding the processing of donations to the Regina Pacis Foundation
through the E-commerce platform
1. Introduction
The website www.reginapacis.org, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, represents the official web page of the Regina Pacis Foundation, headquartered in the Republic of Moldova, MD2012 Chișinău, Sfatul Țării Street 17, office 32, fiscal code 1015620000999.
The E-commerce platform connected to the website www.reginapacis.org is intended for collecting funds for charitable activities and fundraising campaigns organized by the Regina Pacis Foundation in the Republic of Moldova.
Processing card payments for donations to support the activities of the Regina Pacis Foundation through the E-commerce platform connected to www.reginapacis.org implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The confirmation of the card data processing operation represents the voluntary act of making a donation.
Donations made through the E-commerce platform represent voluntary contributions intended to support the activities of the Regina Pacis Foundation and do not represent the purchase of goods or services.
2. Obligations
The Regina Pacis Foundation undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the E-commerce platform throughout the duration of the fundraising campaigns.
The Regina Pacis Foundation undertakes to use the funds collected through fundraising campaigns in accordance with the declared purposes. Upon request, the Foundation will inform donors about the use of donated funds.
The Regina Pacis Foundation will not use the data of campaign participants for any purpose other than those declared.
The Regina Pacis Foundation reserves the right to allocate donated funds to its charitable programs and activities, including similar projects, in the event that the initially indicated project or campaign has been completed or cannot be implemented.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (images, texts, graphics, symbols, web design elements, scripts, programs and other data) is the property of the Regina Pacis Foundation and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
4. Confidentiality of Information
The data requested by the Regina Pacis Foundation will be used only for the purpose of facilitating donations to support the activities mentioned above.
Information obtained from donors will not be made available to any individual, legal entity, institution, or organization except where such disclosure is required by competent authorities or in other cases provided by law.
The personal data of users will be used by the Regina Pacis Foundation solely for the purposes of the campaigns mentioned above.
5. Donations and Payments
Donations via bank cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) are processed through the online donation processing service.
Donated funds will be transferred directly to the bank account of the Regina Pacis Foundation, which holds a contract with the payment processor.
The selected donation amount represents the amount to be paid by the donor for the respective donation.
If the currency of the card differs from the currency of the donation, the conversion will be made according to the rules of the card issuer.
Bank card data are not stored on the servers of the Regina Pacis Foundation. Payment processing is carried out exclusively through the authorized payment processor.
The Regina Pacis Foundation makes reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the donation platform; however, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions or technical errors caused by IT systems, internet networks, or the payment processor.
6. Unsolicited Commercial Messages
The Regina Pacis Foundation undertakes not to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via email or other communication methods to users of the platform.
7. Donation Refund Policy
Donations represent voluntary contributions intended to support the charitable activities of the Regina Pacis Foundation and are generally non-refundable.
However, the Regina Pacis Foundation may review refund requests if the donor expressly requests the return of the donation.
In such cases, donors must submit a written request within 30 calendar days from the date the donation was made.
The donor must attach proof of the donation made through the E-commerce platform connected to the website www.reginapacis.org.

8. Disputes and Conflicts
Any attempt of unauthorized access to the E-commerce platform connected to the website www.reginapacis.org or any attempt of fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.
Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from or related to the social campaigns organized by the Regina Pacis Foundation shall be settled amicably.
If such negotiations fail within 30 calendar days, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
The general terms and conditions of donation are accepted by the donor with full knowledge, and the act of donation implies the immediate and full acceptance of these conditions.
9. Duration
The duration of this document is indefinite.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force upon publication on the website www.reginapacis.org.
The Regina Pacis Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this document whenever necessary.
